When choosing framed paper art, the "Choose Size (W/H)" represents both the image size and frame size when a mat is not selected. When a mat is added, the image size is reduced to accommodate the mat while the frame size stays the same. For example, a 40 x 30 size with a mat will have a frame size of 40 x 30 and an image size of 34 x 24.
