'Chefs Mill' without a crank is a powerful and rustic spice grinder in solid brass . 'Chefs Mill' are intended for peppers and other dried spices - but not salt. Choose between heights of 8", 11" or 13" - diameter 2" Chefs Mill are made of solid brass with a material thickness of at least 1 mm and are equipped with a solid, cast grinder that is designed so that it grinds the spices optimally. The 3-part grinding mechanism first guides the spice down into the mechanism, after which it is coarsely ground and finally completely finely ground.
